Tom Panamaroff

President & Chief Executive Officer

President and Chief Executive Officer Tom Panamaroff served for 11 years on the Board of Directors of Koniag, Inc. before his appointment as Koniag’s manager of corporate affairs. Panamaroff joined the senior management team in 2002 as vice president of business operations before being selected as President and CEO of Koniag Development Corporation in 2005.

Don Argetsinger

Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer Don Argetsinger came to KDC from Koniag Services, Inc., a KDC subsidiary, where he served as President and CEO. Argetsinger has extensive business experience, including 25 years of management and consulting experience in a wide variety of Alaska industries, over 20 years in executive positions with ANCSA corporations and nine years of policy-level experience in state and federal government.

Will Anderson

 President and CEO of Koniag, Inc. and KDC Chairman Will Anderson served as Koniag’s CFO for five years before being named president in 2006. Mr. Anderson also served as finance officer at a key KDC subsidiary and for Afognak Native Corporation. He is a director of the Alaska Federation of Natives, Alaska Native Heritage Center and serves on the board of several other cultural and civic organizations.

Jim Erickson

CFO for both Koniag and KDC since 2006, Jim Erickson has over 20 years experience in financial, operational and executive positions. His background in business administration and tax accounting with natural resource companies such as Eagle Timber, Inc. and Sealaska Timber Corporation preceded his role as President and CEO at Gateway Forest Products and Afognak Native Corporation.

Steven Letts

Senior Vice President, Technology Business Sector – Steven J. Letts came to KDC in 2008, with more than two decades of management and leadership experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining KDC, Letts served as vice president and general manager of a Pennsylvania communications company. From KDC’s office in Chantilly, Virginia, Letts manages several of the company’s subsidiaries.
